Our standard duty, black wheelie bin liners are to be used as a liner and not as a refuse sack. The main reason behind this, is that they aren’t designed to carry the weight of the waste that they contain, rather just to prevent spills/leaks into the wheelie bin itself. They are meant to be tipped mechanically from the wheelie bin and not lifted from the bin manually.
